“Bulbs are great very bright light maybe a a bit too bright for some there is an option for a lower wattage LED but it suits us...sir. Service was great from Lighting Direct items arrived next day as requested and in perfect order. I have more lighting that needs updating so I'll be using them again for sure.”

“The service from Lighting Direct was good unlike the product we purchased. After contacting them on the phone - I explained that although I loved the light we could not figure out how to actually put it up on the wall. The assistant was very helpful & asked if the fitting instructions were in the box. I explained that they didn't help at all & she offered us technical support. We declined & she authorised the return. After receiving the authorisation number I then spoke to the same person who arranged for collection of the products purchased.”
