“check your products before dispatch. looks like i got a product that someone else had bought and returned, there where 2 loose wires (live and earth) and a missing screw on the mains connector block, dangerous to say the least!”

“I previously ordered this item from another company, it arrived broken due to packing, with lighting direct it was well packed in fact over and above, due to the very bad weather mainly due to the snow the delivery was late but the delivery company which Lighting direct use kept me well informed via email. Now will only use Lighting direct.”

“After a disappointing start when a stock item became a 2 week delivery immediately after order placement. It all came good in the end. Only waited a few more days then I was able to select a delivery day. On the selected day an e -mail arrived in the morning stating a 1 hour time slot and that was adhered to.”
