“I tried buying these fluorescent tubes locally but they did not stock them. However, Lighting-direct were able to provide them without any problems. I was pleased with the service and would use them again.”

“Bought a lamp online, lovely uplighting lamp, easy to assemble just screwing together. Only negative is 2 tiny grub scews that hold the lamp to the pole do not come with an allen key..not many people will have one in their home. Apart from that a top lamp”

“A brilliant company totally let down by their delivery company DPD. Paid for next day delivery (Friday) and eventually got it on Monday after much chasing of DPD who failed to deliver on the Friday or the Sunday as arranged directly with DPD. Lighting Direct were very helpful when contacted on the Monday to be appraised of the situation and refunded the delivery charge and gave a good will gesture.”

“I was delighted with the service and delivery and decided to order another Lamp. However when I tried to use the 10% off voucher it was not honoured, neither was my email replied to. This was very disappointing.”
