“I ordered more of one particular item than they had in stock. They waited until all items were in stock before they delivered. I am sure that this is more efficient and saved me money on delivery costs but I would have liked to have been given the option to have some items delivered sooner, because not having them was holding up work on my house. Also they didn't bother to let me know that this was what they were doing until I enquired, which is pretty poor.”
