“Thrilled with base but shade was not perfect however they replaced it immediately with no fuss however this too was similarly damaged in the corners. I shall have to live with it.”

“Having had some great outdoor lights quickly delivered I didn?t hesitate to order two lights for the hall.Unfortunately they appeared to get lost in the post but Lighting Direct dealt with it immediately and two more came at a time convenient to me.Really beautiful lights and very happy with them.”

“Respond to customer complaint. Have ordered before and never had this problem but has put me off ordering again (and a shame because the last person I spoke to actually dealt with the problem - but then the lights arrived far to late and had to pay an Electrican a fee for cancelling job) company should have offered compensation but nothing!”
