“Up/down wall light did not look like the image shown on website, had an awful rubber seal on the outside of fitting which was not shown clearly. Had to pay nearly £15 to return the lights as lighting direct refused”

“Yes I would buy from Lightning Direct again. I ordered late afternoon and my lights were delivered by just after lunch the next day. I was expecting 3-5 working days as I did not pay for next day delivery. Very well packaged. I could print off a vat invoice from my account.”

“Purchasing through the website was very slick and easy to understand. The original lights I ordered proved to be to dark for my requirement, but this was no problem as there is an excellent returns policy and procedure that can be followed. I subsequently purchased some more luminous lights and the original purchase was fully refunded. very pleassed with both the lights and the service. I would definitely recommend this company for your lighting purchases.”
