“one of the ceiling lights had penetrated the box it was in. all the plastic air bags were on the top and had not stayed evenly above and below the box that the light was in. The white metal of the light was distorted about 4mm on one corner. the electrician was able to straighten this defect. I suggest that the plastic bags are tied around the cardboard box with the lamps to prevent all the air bags going to one side of the box. Luckily this was able to be remedied. I have saved the box showing where the fitting pierced the end. Would you like me to send it to you.? Had this not be remediable I would have had to pay the electrician for a wasted journey SO I THINK THIS IS QUITE IMPORTANT”
