“These lights are perfect for what we wanted and look very nice now they are fitted and have been painted. My main gripe is the electrical fittings were very cheap and the screw thread on one did not tighten up onto the cable so I used my own connectors. They were well packaged for delivery. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.”

“I have not fitted the light at this time so can not comment fully, however visually it is as described and what we expected and liked about it. Trust it will be fine when fitted. If all works well it could be 5 stars???.”

“Delivery was quick after placing order but one item had not been sent even though it was invoiced. This was a packaging error and when I queried this the outstanding item was immediately dispatched. So whilst the initial error caused me some inconvenience, I found that their customer service was very efficient so would use them again.”

“The service was fast and accurate but the goods (a glass lampshade) arrived broken in 3 parts. On notification a price reduction was agreed and we went out and bought a new lampshade from Homebase.”
