“After the order was placed, the item was undelivered after 5 days. I rang Customer Services and they admitted a problem with their delivery agents. However they promised delivery the next day and this was fulfilled. Good Product - although the fitting instructions within the box were for a different product. However I managed to fit without instructions.”

“Very good service... unfortunately one of the lights was seriously chipped when it arrived and has a large corner missing, but it's OK - we hid it underneath a plant and at that price, it is fine! Great light potential and ideal for what we wanted.”

“Like the product very much. Arrived in time for electrician to install them. They look great on the house. Only one disappointment, one light had a small dent in the moulding right in the front. Had electrician on site so had to install it.”

Thank you for your comments. All customers receive an email on despatch of their goods which includes a FedEx consignment tracking link which can be clicked on for a delivery update. In addition the Customer Care team will also happily provide updates on deliveries. I am sorry you appear to be somewhat disappointed with your purchase. Any item which does not meet a customers expectation can, as we state on our website and despatch paperwork, be returned under our "14 Day change Your Mind Guarantee" once it is as new.
