“Easy to use website, and prompt delivery ... but delivery was a bit of a shambles: driver didn't have the address (wrong village) and didn't speak good english, so navigating him in was difficult. The box came a bit crushed ... which is worrying with lightbulbs, but the bulbs look to be OK.”

“The only issue I had was setting up an account which I though was a bit convoluted compared to many others I have opened. Other than that the service was great and I am happy with out lighting which arrived the next day!”

“Efficient and speedy, despite the promise to deliver on Monday having ordered on Thursday/Friday, the light wasn't delivered until Wednesday. Not a problem at the end of the day. Packaging excellent, delivery on time as promised by email and the product well suited to requirements. Would recommend Lighting Direct to others.”
