Delivered promptly as set out but no response to my e mail that one bulb was faulty

My delivery of 5 outside lights had one broken. Quite evidently it was damaged before it was packed and despatched. To their credit LD said they would replace it, but when they gave me a date for delivery it is 1st August - over a month from my original delivery and order. When I asked them if it could be earlier they simply said no and they could 'understand' my disappointment. I expect companies with customer service awards to have quality assurance systems that don't despatch damaged products and to make some attempt to solve customers problems not just ' understand them'.

By not sending so many emails with offers when they haven't even sent all that was orderef as yet.

I paid £2.9- for next day delivery, however the lighting is delivered as the normal order, delay one day!

I am sorry you appear to be disappointed with us. Having investigated, it would appear you placed your order at 22:49 on 28th May. Our cut-off point, which is shown on each product page via a count-down clock, is 20:00. Your order was therefore not processed until 29th, dispatched on our "next day" service, and reached you on 30th May. Any perceived delay was therefore due to you unfortunately not taking note of the information provided on the product page. Ordering was easy, light is good but delivery by FedEx was very bad. Next day delivery turned out to be five working days later.

Web site stated product was rated for outside use. However, when it arrived, it had a transformer, and that was rated for inside use only and would not fit in a standard exterior waterproof plug socket. Was a birthday gift so I had no time to return it before use. I will have to buy a proper replacement soon. Very annoying.

I purchased the garden spotlights with a 10% discount for £94.48. The invoice I printed at the time quoted this price but my bank account was charged £103.18. I emailed the company a week ago but have had no response. I will now have to go through the PayPal channel of discovering why the overcharge.

Exellent for delivery, poor for returns procedure- as it takes a lot of time and messing around asking for it. Hence a well done, cos Customers cant be asked to proceed with it and keep the Item unwanted, Thank you

The delivery information was wrong and there was no sure way of tracking the parcel. Also, it was later arriving than stated

All 4 lights lasted about 10 seconds as despite being advertised on the website as dimmable they are not.
