There was no light bracket in the box so had to make my own so to hang the light. Not sure how you think the light is meant to hold to the ceiling otherwise. Also came home and light left outside on my door step. I gave on the order if no answer to leave with number 40. Anyone could of taken the parcel.

Order for a picture light arrived promptly but the bulbs advertised on the web page as ?related products? and by inference appropriate to the picture light, proved to be too big to fit. An emailed comment requesting some the correct size was answered by a standard message saying that a reply could take three days(!). Day three and still no response. This is not good service.

Both of the two lights we purchased had broken glass shades, we are now waiting for replacement shades to be provided Packaging of the shades was totally inadequate.

Light arrived weeks after the stated delivery date despite waiting a few weeks for the payment to be taken. In all about two months delay

Please accept our apologies for the longer than expected lead-time. This is a relatively new product and there was a delay while we were waiting for this to arrive into our stock. We do list the dimensions of this bulb on our website, but we will add a note to our website to recommend the available space in the light fitting is checked before ordering, so thank you for your feedback in this respect. We hope the bulb fitted when you tried it, but we offer a 14 days change your mind policy in case there was a problem. Customer Services team

The promised delivery was 3 days late. The relatively small package was put in a large box 82 times it's volume, packed with plastic air filled balloons. Not very green.

Have and issue with the lamp supplied. Just had the electrician install the device and find the clutch mechanism even if it is fully turned clockwise does stop the the device sliping down overnight.

We were sent a faulty product. When I phoned to report this, there was no apology and an unhelpful, unfriendly attitude. I took photos of item and emailed as requested. Three days later I received an email, again no apology for the inconvenience I had been caused or error on sending a faulty unchecked item, saying I would be sent the missing part in the post. Not acceptable. On phoning again we did receive an apology and much more helpful response, hence the 2 stars, otherwise it would have been one, and a full replacement item sent.

As discussed I have looked into this for you and your refund was processed over a week ago and should be with you shortly if not already. We received your item back on the 21st October and endeavour to process returns and refunds within a maximum of fourteen days however generally they are completed in seven. I understand from our records when you requested returns details you advised that the fitting was too big for the intended area. Any customer that requires further clarification of dimensions or has any other query regarding a product can phone our technical team who will be happy to assist. With regard to this product it is made from a material that is durable in coastal environments where other materials may tarnish hence its finish. Ordered item code 12866 web page states item as very warm white light ,it is very orange in color, also states switches on when motion is detected and off after 15 secs. Does not do this. Contacted Customer Care Team 14th Sept and advised them of this still waiting for reply. Obviously item does not function as described. Wasted £20-00 + on these 2 bulbs Hence the 2 stars.

No reply to my email. Item was all plastic -not mentioned in advert, Also it had to be constructed including manipulating sharp pieces of glass - also not mentioned. Altogether very disappointing.

On your order form I requested that the parcel be left by my back door, but the delivery company didn't leave it which meant I had the problem of trying to contact them and arranging re-delivery.

The item was delivered a day llate which caused us to have to change plans. The e mail said we were not in and a card had been left , neither of which was true. The courier apologised and added he was not surprised The product appears fine

The company is selling cheap goods at high quality prices. These fittings are rubbish compared with similar Wickes fittings I bought previously.

Mr Wickham, thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry that your products were not as you had expected them to be. We do have a process in place whereby we will collect and replace faulty goods free of charge, even if you had decided to take a different product. We also have a Change Your Mind policy in place, so had the products not been faulty you could have sent them back for an alternative or a full refund.
