The delivery was very good and very well packaged. I ordered 2 bulb, one was perfectly fine, the other was missing the 2 pins. I called and e-mailed within the 3 day time limit, but I have not had a response. This means I have effectivley paid nearly £10 for a single bulb.

I ordered one item, and immediately tried to cancel or amend the order, because I wanted two items. I was unable to do this, so sent an email effectively cancelling the first order and explaining. That was not acted on, so both orders came. I suggest you look at your website to see whether it could be improved. Also emails should be scanned first thing, to see if they would affect an order. Apart from this, would have merited a top mark. Gary Shaw

I am sorry your order was two days late arriving.  Rural addresses can be problematic for carriers sometimes as it would seem in your case.   Should you experience any difficulty in the future please just contact us directly and our Customer Care team will be happy to liaise with the carrier on your behalf. Put accurate weights on the package so when you have to pay the postage to return items you don't overpay

The delivery of the items I ordered did not arrive when promised. The order was for 5 different items two of which were reported as not being immediately available but a delivery date was given which I accepted. One of the shortage items was in fact delivered with the main quantity but the whole was 2 days late. The other shortage was promised for delivery 12th November and it still has not arrived (10 days late and counting). This item was actually the bulbs for the lights. The whole order value was over £350 so I am not happy with having paid so much for lights which I can't use.

Shame the 10% off new customer discount was only for orders over £100! Also a little disconcerting was the fact that the light we had been looking at went up in price by £11 in the few days we were waiting for the discount code! We needed that exact light to replace an old one on a painted wall so had little choice but to purchase at the increased price with no discount.

There were some fixing screws missing, called the company who took the details and said will get back to me and send missing bits. Well, no one has contacted me and nothing was sent to me!

Only part of order arrived without explanation or info on when rest could be expected. Unable to get any contact with customer service by phone and response by email did not arrive after a week so get your act together. Both light bulbs although those specifically recommended for this fitting were unsuitable as although description matched they were non dimmable bulbs for a dimmable lamp. Your response to return and re-order and to deny anything amiss with the information given to customer is unacceptable. 2nd lamp finally arrived and seems pre-fitting which wont happen until Jan OK but box was pierced in several places.

Ordered 2 matching light fittings and 2 bulbs. Order was delivered over two weeks, despite paying for next day delivery. Had to query whereabouts of the second light fitting. Wasn?t told each fitting needed 2 bulbs, will order the extra bulbs from elsewhere as I?m sure it will be faster. Excessive packaging for teeny weeny bulbs. Customer service were however really helpful and did refund the delivery charge when I asked and responded quickly.

I am sorry that there was a problem with your order. As discussed with the gentleman Andrew who reported this matter to us, the specification for these fittings recently altered to a small degree. You therefore received in error, two fittings that slightly differed and not an incorrect item. This discrepancy in the design was immediately reported to our Supply Chain Dept. and the buyer for this range. When we contacted Andrew with an update, within twenty four hours of us being made aware, we were able to confirm we had arranged for our supplier to dispatch a replacement fitting directly to your address. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused however I am sure you will agree that we used our best endeavours to rectify this matter as speedily as possible. check your products before dispatch. looks like i got a product that someone else had bought and returned, there where 2 loose wires (live and earth) and a missing screw on the mains connector block, dangerous to say the least!

I am totally disappointed with your item and service including Amazon market place putting you on. The items were not professionally packed and on arrival it was damaged unable to unpack (I had to take into tip). Two same size diffusers were forcefully packed in each other which must have caused the damages. There was no professionalism in packaging and arrival was late. I will never recommend your company to any one based on the packaging and service. I am so disappointed with Amazon too.

I ordered a product on the 6th Feb, with the promise of delivery on the 13th, no sign of it, after emailing and phoning, no one had any idea where it was. It eventually turned up on Friday the 22nd. Maybe you should keep track of your orders and ensure that the item is actually in stock at your suppliers before you accept an order.

The parcel was not delivered on the day and time promised. The next day Hermes after reporting it was on their vehicle stated it would be delivered until some time in the future. It was delivered while we were away - without forewarning me. The parcel was badly damaged and wet because it was left at the front of the house in the rain while we were not there. Luckily nothing appears to be damaged
