Thank you Andrea for getting in touch. One of the technical team has been attempting to reach you with a view to understanding why you are having such difficulties with this product. We will keep trying as we are keen to discuss your experience. Otherwise, perhaps at a time convenient you could call us on 0843 - 3177820 and choose option 2. We would be happy to call you straight back should you wish. Kind Regards Patricia Mullane Customer Care Team Leader
