“Was happy with the product but the delivery service was terrible, they left the cardboard box outside behind one of our cars which got drenched, we only discovered it by chance on the Sunday, there was no note to say where the box was.”

I was disappointed to read that you had such a bad experience with regard to the delivery of your purchases. We work very closely with our contracted carriers to ensure our customers receive excellent service, and in the main receive very positive feedback regarding their efficiency. It seems however that this was not the case for you and for that I apologise. I have contacted the carriers and requested an investigation take place without delay. Should any of your items have been damaged as a result of water ingress into the package we will of course replace them without hesitation. Kind Regards, Patricia Mullane Customer Care Team Leader
