“A month after order confirmed, I am still waiting for my light. They will not reply to my emails and you can't speak to anyone. Will not deal with them again. Very poor service and I don't expect much luck in getting it sorted soon.”

“I ordered some fence lights because this company had them in stock. I paid express delivery. My invoice came through on line saying that the items were due to be despatched. Two days later I went to track my items and found they were out of stock! I was angry I had deliberately ordered from Lighting Direct because they had stock. I contacted customer services and was told that I had ? pre-ordered? the items. When I said my invoice said differently I was offered a refund of the express delivery postage. I was transferred to an investigation team who failed to contact me until I pursued it with customer services again. I have had no real explanation. I really couldn?t trust this company again and certainly could not recommend.”

“Ordered 2 matching light fittings and 2 bulbs. Order was delivered over two weeks, despite paying for next day delivery. Had to query whereabouts of the second light fitting. Wasn?t told each fitting needed 2 bulbs, will order the extra bulbs from elsewhere as I?m sure it will be faster. Excessive packaging for teeny weeny bulbs. Customer service were however really helpful and did refund the delivery charge when I asked and responded quickly.”
