“Two bedside lamps were order with express delivery (1-2 working days) on 22 May. There was no indication about stick issues until I had placed the order where I was told that they were not in stock and I would be informed when they were. I then received an emailed informing me that they were being dispatched separately the second of which did not arrive until the 2 May. Additionally the second lamp arrived with a European plug not UK so I have had to pay for a new plug. They did refund me the express delivery charge of £2.48. Won?t be in a rush to use them again...”
