“Yes easy get a better courier then Hermes Ian still awaiting my solar powered lamp post I've had 2 dates with time slots no shows both times more than 9,200 have signed up to the Hermes complaints group on Facebook yes when iam going to get the goods I've paid for?”

“The products I ordered were part of a bigger order. The product was not shown as being out of stock yet clearly was. I have been given 3 different delivery dates with none achieved. Because I have not been able to complete the project I need the lights for, I have now got to revisit the site at my cost. I have contacted "customer care" who have informed me the products will be in with them on the 11 June. I have today ( 6 June) received notification that the product has been dispatched ??? I have always been satisfied with the service and previously rated them 5 stars. Not now I am really disappointed .”
