“Happy with purchase, The outdoor light was delivered sooner than expected (their website said the item was out of stock and I would expect it in 2 weeks (8 feb) but it arrived within 4 days, so can't complain about that. Would buy again from lighting direct.”

“Really good customer service as I had to return a unit that I no longer required, money was refunded back quickly enough. Slightly disappointed that they never had a free post address as £15 for a return was a bit much I thought. Second product they sent out arrived very quickly and is great, can't fault them at all.”

“At the ordering stage this item was placed 'on backorder; but delivery in 2 working days - which I found to be confusing. A telephone call cleared that up though. Kept informed at all stages from initial order to final delivery.”
