“Ordered 6 outside lights stated as in stock on website between Christmas and New Year. First delivery date given 2nd Jan, booked electrician for few days after. Advised by lighting direct there was a delay from their suppliers (according to website IN STOCK). given next delivery date 7th Jan - cancel electricians and rebook them. Advised another delay - cancel electricians who are busy on another job for a few weeks. Eventually all 6 lights arrived BUT 1 the glass is broken. It's now 19th January and the sixth replacement light has at last arrived. I now have a full compliment of lights but no electrician, not sure when he can come. Everyone I spoke to (many phone calls) at lighting direct were very helpful and the broken replacement came very quickly but a bit disappointed with service.”
