“They accepted an order for delivery and on day for delivery I had to phone them to find out that goods had not been despatched. Rude person in accounts said that they would have called me later in day... I was expecting goods that day. He then hung up on me, I spoke to his colleague who is a pleasant lady and paid by internet for a later delivery. They claim goods will leave their warehouse promptly... not so”

“Delivery dates are unpredictable and also changed at short notice - we had arranged to be at home from work on the Tuesday to receive the lights we ordered but then the delivery date moved forward to Monday and we were only informed by email at about 8pm the night before, making it impossible for us to be home on the delivery date.”
