I am a touch confused by your feedback and not quite sure where we have gone wrong. You ordered one of these light fittings and subsequently contacted us with an installation query. We attempted to assist you however you requested to return the item, at which point we emailed the necessary details to you. The light fitting was never received back at our warehouse. We were not aware you continued to have difficulty with the installation as we would have been happy to support you with our free technical advice service had we known. We have sold this particular light for over a year with a very positive response from customers. “Good product. However I gave 4 out of 5 because there was a part missing. I didn?t bother reporting it as I can replace the missing part myself. Delivery was pretty quick. I will be happy to use them again if required.”

“They could teach the girl who answers the phone how to deal with enquiries. I needed help to assemble the lamp and she was absolutely no help at all. I ended up having to pay an electrician £20 to assemble it as it was so complicated.”

“First class service from start to finish. I had not used Lighting direct previously but was very pleased with the product I purchased. It was easy to install and looks great. “When i ordered solar lanterns I was not told they were out of stock but told delivery 24th July they did not arrive but I was sent invoice for delivery, I phoned then told delivery would be 9th August followed by email saying 28th August I just gave up and cancelled order not impressed.”
