Communication was excellent, I was informed of every stage from dispatch to receipt and the lights arrived in perfect condition. I am over the moon with them. “6 Items were delivered and 3 were broken which was very frustrating and had put me behind on a job. Got in contact with lighting direct and they sent out 3 replacements immediately which I received the following morning. Great customer service”
