Chrome was scratched and of cheap Chinese construction. No point getting a replacement, they'll all be the same.

The design I purchased has changed slightly from the previous ones As I was replacing one which had given up this did cause a slight problem. Due to a delay in sending out new order I was offered a small discount. After receipt of items I checked on discount and received an aggressive email back. Sender should always re read emails to see how they will come across.

I placed my order early November, knowing it was out of stock. I was not given an estimated delivery date and when contacted I was told we are expecting them soon Eventually More fitting arrived only to find it damaged. I contacted customer service again and was told they would send me a returns email. I had to contact them again to ask for this to be sent and when I might expect a replacement. I was told they were expecting them on the 12th of December and would be despatched straight away. it is now the 18th and still no fitting or information

Was not happy with product when delivered and not offered any replacement or compensation, shades do not look like ones displayed on web site. Never shopped on line before and definitely wont shop with this company again

The bulb ordered was a Sylvania Mini Fast Start CFL Bulb, which is pictured on our website (item code 70170), a 20w = 100w stick bulb. We don't market this bulb as a spiral bulb, although we do group the stick and spiral compact fluorescent bulbs together on our website. The Sylvania fast start bulb is popular with our customers, so we hope you find this bulb works well with the light fitting you purchased. Thank you for your order. Customer Services team

Please accept my apologies that we were unable to supply the fitting you wanted within the normal leadtime. Unfortunately there has been a delay with manufacture and is beyond our control. Received completed wrong light, light I bought was £28.50 and light they gave me was £28. When I contacted them I told them I am willing to keep this light as it was more hassle than it?s worth but did not offer me any good will gesture or even refund me the difference. I know it was only 50 odd pence but it?s not the point.

I received 3 different dates for my delivery none of which were correct when I phoned the staff were helpful but I was told 1 of my items wasn't in stock they were waiting for a delivery and my items would be delivered at the same time

Component didn't match connector slightly different despite saying can return within 14 days a postage £6 item cost 14 with deliveryAddress on box about half mile up road but not couldn't take there.Stuck with unwanted component.

Don't use Hermes Couriers!!! My instruction was to leave with neighbour if out. The driver left my parcel outside and possibly threw/dropped it over the locked gate. I emailed lighting direct about this but no one bothered to reply. Not put them up yet but if they don't work they will be going back.

I purchased a product that was promised in 2 working days. Then it became 2 weeks. When it didn't arrive, I had to chase them. Oh, sorry, there's been a holdup and won't arrive until the end of the month. In fact, I ordered on 13th March and it finally arrived on 1st May. Conversations with customer service were delightful, but not much else. Chasing a supplier for a service paid for almost 2 months' earlier is not a good experience. I will not use them again.
