original puchase of a Lucide Isla pendant light shade , on same page was a bulb that did not fit full size screw needed a small screw . I ordered 10 more shades and 10 12052 4w led filament golf ses . asked that you correct the first bulb error. You sent me a 30w E27 full size screw bulb. please help me . I have no time to waste on this type of issue . please send a 12052 4w bulb to match the 10 I have bought. PS I paid for next day , you didn't have the stock so you did not send next day. I have personally used lyco lighting in my garden at home , something is going wrong in your warehouse

U delivered the Items to the neighbour and failed to notify the customer where the delivery was I had to call and chase the order days after it supposed to be delivered

I am sorry for the problem with delivery on this item. There was nobody at the delivery address on the day the parcel was due to be delivered so rather than take the parcel back to the depot undelivered the driver left with the neighbour who offered to pass the parcel on once someone was home. Service has not been to a good standard. I only received part of my order. I have tried to call serveral times but the phone has gone un answered.

I ordered two lights, the first one arrived very quickly but the second one did not arrive until I sent an email to customers services about two weeks after the order was placed. *personal data removed by Feefo*

I am sorry for the delay on your second order. At the time of order the the webpage stated the item was out of stock and delivery was estimated to be 5 working days, unusually the item was out of stock at the manufacturer and took an extra week to come into us and was then sent into you on a next day delivery. Service good, delivery not free and took longer than expected. Product faulty will have to be replaced.

Next day delivery failed to happen, the parcel was delivered yesterday. After repeated 'track your parcel' requests which revealed nothing of any use. Why not dump FEDEX.

I am sorry your order was not delivered when expected on the 29th December.  It would seem from the tracking information that FedEx had some difficulty finding your property as I note an address query logged at 13:25 on the 29th.   Yesterday was the first opportunity for delivery after the New Year break since resolving that query.  FedEx do excellent work for us in delivering over 99% of next day deliveries on time however periodically despite their best efforts delays occur for reasons such as above. This time of the year, with the shear volume of consignments in the system, can be a challenge for all carrier services.   I will of course pass on your concerns. The lights are beautiful but unfortunately the planned delivery time was changed as the package was too big. They delivered the next day with out sending me a notification and left the lights outside my house in the rain for 2 days as I had gone away. I am praying they will still work but doubt it as the boxes were saturated right through. Shall be returning for full refund if they turn out to be broke when we fit them.

Delivery was made to the wrong address and was passed on by the recipient who kindly delivered it by hand from a distance of 200 meters

I am sorry for the problem with one of the lamps, I can see you have spoken to customer service and we have replaced all 6 for you so they are matching. FedEx will always try to leave with a neighbour if you are not home when they try to deliver although this can be inconvenient it is often better than trying to redeliver another day and expecting you to stay in for a further day. I was told that the light unit I purchased came with the ceiling hook required to fit it but it did not. When I called the supplier they said they do not sell the hooks and if I'm not happy, I could return the light! It would have been simple and more constructive to source the hook and send it to me rather than inconvenience me a second time by saying it was included when it wasn't and then on top of that offering me more inconvenience by suggesting the light be refunded.

Easy to order but payment was delayed because they tried to take it at 6am and my bank was concerned that it wasn't genuine.I phoned Lighting -direct, had to leave a message but they didn't get back to me.Then they said the order would be cancelled so I had to phone again, all time and money!

Customer care did not believe I had bought the items at 20% off in the Black Friday sale. When I responded that I was right, and had received theee more emails offering the sale I received a very rude response, so I would not buy from you or recommend you to others again. A pity, as I like your products, but customer care is more important

I initially ordered 3 fisherman pendant lights and 2 iDual ceiling lights. I had to amend the order to one large fisherman pendant and customer service was great. However, when the lights arrived, 2 out of 3 were faulty (bent or cracked) They arranged collection for the next day and I'm now awaiting a refund..

Goods arrived on time, but the glass lampshade was broken due to no bubblewrap inside the box...just bubblewrap OUTside the box! Customer services, Gerda was very helpful in getting the returns sorted out. Their policy is not to open the manufacturers' wrappings, so this must happen a lot. The followup DPD website arrangements for returns do not allow for any errors to be made or corrected by the person trying to arrange a return. Gerda saw me through!

I am disappointed to hear your purchase arrived damaged. Our products are fragile by nature and unfortunately, despite our best efforts, periodically damage occurs. Our returns process via our carrier partners, DPD, has received many positive comments for its efficient and user friendly nature so I am sorry to hear you did not find it so. Dar Giovana 5 light Chandelier is not the quality I expected for the price charged. If you decide to purchase this item make sure to unwrap each glass droplet (over 140) and inspect the metal holes for droplets are not blocked before you have it installed. Most of the droplets were chipped and they are not the same length or straight. Foolishly I thought the customer service will understand that it is impossible to unwrap each droplet inspect it with eagle eye and then wrap everything perfectly if you find faults because all that customer service can offer you is 10% back for faulty item if you decide to keep it as it be actually to much to have it uninstalled. Which I suspect they know ppl r not going to call electrician back to pay even more money to have it removed. The Customer Service was nice talking to however took too long with responses I had to keep emailing on weekly basis and even after sending proof of photos how bad the imperfections were all that was refunded for faulty item was 10%. I don?t recommend this product at all unless you are prepared to check all droplets before installing.

Expected next day delivery on lamp, arrived 6 days later as did e mail with apology, I needed the lamp for a job and it could of led to further purchases.

The goods were sent out on our standard next day delivery but the carrier had a problem and the parcel was delivered to the wrong delivery depot by mistake. We work very hard with Fedex our delivery partners to try to eliminate mistakes like this unfortunately human error means an occasional error does occur and they try to resolve this as soon as possible.
