“The whole experience was good, extremely helpful, and delivery was on time, came in two boxes and padded, but one of the crystal glass was hanging off , but I got a small wire to feed in through the hole to re attach. but not a game stopper.”

“Quick delivery. My only comment is that the light globe became unscrewed in the box and it was rattling around during delivery. Luckily it did not break, so no damage done this time.”

“You have a really good website with plenty of selection. Two of our lights, one for the bathroom and one for the kitchen have been Installed and look amazing. The outside light is being connected tomorrow and hopefully will look good too. Many thanks.”

“We purchased two globe lights for outside. When they arrived the external packaging was fine but inside one oft he boxes was badly damaged and the light was broken. It must have been placed in the box in a damaged state. When we contacted customer services they very quickly got a replacement dispatched. That also had some slight damage but the contents were intact. It seems to be that they goods are not checked properly before being dispatched.”

“Lovely product, need to be careful installing but we had no problems with ceramic. Only issue is that it can be fiddly to get fitting flush against the wall as hole fir connector is small we solved problem by increasing size of hole in wall slightly and embedded it in there. Light cast is lovely and worth the small hassle but I?d say thus light installation isn?t for your beginner DIYer.”
