“The delivery was good BUT the product was terrible. It came with no manufacturers packaging and it had clearly been used before. There were tool marks on the base and wiring. It is being sent back today. If their follow up is good they have a chance to redeem themselves”

“Item itself was fine, but there was a length of cable supplied as part of the purchase and I thought that I had to buy one. I did so and now have an extra length of cable that I did not need. Staff were very friendly and helpful”
