I am so sorry that your experience shopping with us was not what it should have been in terms of the product you received. I have to apologise whole heartedly and unreservedly as we made a mistake here. Having investigated it would seem that after a recent warehouse move, a small amount of stock due to be returned to our suppliers got placed alongside new stock in error. We are currently looking into how your item slipped through the packing process given as you say the box did not look new. It would seem a case of whatever could go wrong did go wrong and I understand you must have been very disappointed when your received your order. I have unfortunately been unable to contact you by telephone today however have already despatched a replacement fitting to you. Further details are in the email I have sent directly to you. “Received the led security light on time as it was the first time that I had purchased a LED security light I was a little unsure how it would compare against my old floodlights lamp. The build quality is good and my fears were allayed as the LED lights up my garden very well.”
