“Happy customer equation happy customer = what I wanted + when I wanted it + sensible & competitive price + uncomplicated & prompt service. Answer Lighting-Direct achieved happy customer status The only reasons it was "good" and not "excellent", relates to the way Dar package the light (requiring fiddly assembly with less than clear instructions) and the fact that the 2 required bulbs were not included (and this was not abundantly clear from the website). It was just as well I ordered some spares.”

“Very good service from Lighting direct. I want a solo power spot light, the light it self gives off a reasonable amount of light but does the housing along with the solo panel has limited adjustments, I.e. up and down only, no left to right. Something to bear in mind as the solo charge panel has the face the direction of the light”

“Speedy next day delivery. Excellent product. Only two minor problems -Installed at 8 feet on a bungalow but cannot seem to angle down camera housing as indicated in pictorial instructions. Also Loudspeaker output could be louder.”

“Delivery was as we expected, but we thought that there was a lack of information on fitting the light, and pictures on the site don't show the ceiling fixtures, therefore we need to go and buy a nicer hook than the one supplied and need to drill another hole in the ceiling to accommodate this. It's just as well that the light itself is lovely and gives off good light and pretty patterns on the ceiling.”

“The whole experience was good, extremely helpful, and delivery was on time, came in two boxes and padded, but one of the crystal glass was hanging off , but I got a small wire to feed in through the hole to re attach. but not a game stopper.”

“Quick delivery. My only comment is that the light globe became unscrewed in the box and it was rattling around during delivery. Luckily it did not break, so no damage done this time.”
