“Service was excellent. Lights arrived on schedule and all are working. My only adverse comment was that the packaging was a little loose such that the bulbs could move around in transit, however all was well and they arrived intact.”

“Excellent service over the phone. Sadly I have to return the item due to slight dent on base, plus the wrong plug was supplied for the two pin to fit into (minus a fuse too). Online I do not think it specified a two pin attachment or I would not have bought it due to having a handicapped daughter and for her safety. I have not been able to print out a returns label due to my computer being old and your PDF requires a more modern machine it says. I am going to the library to attempt to print one today. Very nice lady at the company. I will purchase from you in future once more. Nice company.”

“I have placed 2 seperate orders with lighting direct. The first one was perfect but with regard to the second one, one item was missed off. I ordered 2 more lamps to match the first order but only one arrived. Hence my marking of good as opposed to excellant. I am now awaiting my missing item.”
