“Really fast delivery. 3 wall lights purchased. 1 perfect, 2 have tiniest dimple in the front. Thought to return them, but decided it's fine & too busy for the palaver. Perhaps a better last check before posting. I am happy, not complaining, just a heads up.”

“Lighting direct was efficient and rapid, the product was as described and very well packed (enough and not too much). What let them down was the inefficiency of, or simple laziness of one of the Fedex drivers who said he could not deliver as we were out and he left a card, both of which were lies as, I think, he had not bothered to try to find us. Next day delivery, for which we had stayed in, therefore did not happen. As it was a weekend we had to wait until Monday. Lighting direct were very helpful and apologetic, and, I believe, have complained to Fedex on our behalf. It is a shame that they were let down by the delivery company.”

“I was delighted with the order of 3 wireless picture lights process - very quick and efficient. In view of the weight of the batteries and the smallness of the frames, it made sense to fix them to the wall. I'm using only one remote for all three and it's important to stand in the right place to turn them all on and off at the same time; otherwise 3 will turn on but maybe just 2 will turn off. But overall I'm pleased and assured that with the LEDs they will last a good long time. It's impossible I think to avoid the reflection of the row of LEDs on the upper glass of the painting. The improvement to the lighting however if very pleasing.”

“Company itself very good with excellent customer services. The same can?t be said for their couriers DPD who said they couldn?t deliver due to no one being in, but didn?t leave a card. Personally, I don?t believe they even came round! This was quickly sorted by lighting direct customer service.”
