The postage charge is for a standard next working day delivery this is however for Mainland UK only. The delivery to the Orkney Islands is reliant upon a local courier to take the parcel out to the Island and this can take up to 7 working days. “The only query I have is that I purchased some energy efficient bulbs for garden lights a few years ago but they kept popping within a week some of them , which left me somewhat dismayed as they are supposed to last for thousands of hours , they need to have a good email system for complaints or mobile friendly numbers when there is a problem”

“One of the two light fittings arrived scratched within the sealed packaging. A bit slow in responding to my email, but as there was no replacement for the faulty fitting, agreed to give a full refund, so a fair resolution was reached.”

“The fitting instructions were difficult to follow but when finally installed the lamps worked well. However your choice of transportation was a disappointment. Last Friday I followed the on-line tracking. At 4:25 the indications said that the package could not be delivered and that a card had been left at 3:53. The was a complete fabrication; no one called; no note was left. It was pouring with rain at the time stated. The delivery agent was obviously lying. The package was eventually delivered, after some chasing, at about 2:00 the following Monday.”
