“The product is good. The delivery was very poor. I was amazed to receive a small packet of batteries in the same size box as 2 large picture lights! They could have been combined or sent in a box one tenth of the size.”

“Great to find lights available that we?re discontinued at B&Q. Speedy delivery and good price. But vastly over packaged with big cardboard box and metres of inflatable ballast.”

“Was very pleased at the quality of the product supplied and service provided. My only slight gripe was with DPD the delivery service company who ignored my requests to leave the item in a safe place and instead decided to leave it outside in the rain.”

“Ordered via internet site, clock counting down in hours to order for next day delivery, as light was not delivered on the next day I emailed customer services and had a standard template response. I then contacted customer services and spoke to Patrica Mullan who after listening to my experience normed me that there had been a proble due to human error. I was quite happy with this, the customer service manager arranged priority post I received the light fitting this morning as promised therefor initial problem was resolve with human intervention.”

“The light fitting that I bought did have a faulty tube and we had to buy another. I did let you know about this but nothing was done. It made a competitive priced light fitting more expensive.”
