“Delivery was excellent BUT packaging was ridiculous. A fluorescent tube 2in x 18in x1/4iin packed into a cardboard box 28in x20in 10in deep and filled with approx 60 air filled bags was just bad.”

“Ordered 2 wall lights . Unfortunately 1 was broken,though seemed well packed. The service was exceptional when I rang for advice. A replacement arrived next day and the broken one collected within the week at my convenience. Accompanied by a sincere apology.”
