“The service was excellent. Would have been 5 stars but for the omission of the free bulbs that should have come with the light fittings. However, I called them up and they immediately put the bulbs in for next day delivery free of charge so redeemed themselves remarkably.”

“the parcel arrived safely and well wrapped up but when the electrician put it up one side did not light up with the bulb. he had to dismantle it and put it together again. if we had tried to put it up ourselves we would have had to send it back! but looking fine now”

“Delivery of this product was excellent, received within a day or so of ordering. However, whilst the lights themselves are sleek and attractive once in situ, there is limited space in the terminal box to wire in the supply cable, making this task extremely fiddly whilst trying to hold the lights without them scraping against the wall and sustaining damage. Also there were no wall fittings supplied, which is somewhat surprising in this day and age.”
