Pleased with my purchase but there was one bulb missing and I got an green bulb instead of a blue one. But the effect of the coloured lights in the garden is lovely.

You had a good range of products and prices were about the same every else. I suggest you look at the cost of delivery and your choice of carrier. My order was left on the doorstep even though I answered the doorbell within 30 seconds of it ringing. More importantly the box was sodden in part and looked as though it had been left in a puddle. It wasn’t raining and there was no puddle on my front path.

Very happy with my purchase, had a slight problem with stock being in and then out again but after contact with customer support this has been resolved thank you .

The light I purchased was a very good price. It seems to be of good quality. I haven’t put it up yet. I gave 4 stars and not 5, as the communication was not fantastic; my item was delayed which I was informed about but then I did not hear anything else. I emailed but no response and called but there is no function to leave a voicemail. A few days later I received an email saying that Hermes were expecting my parcel.

This is an excellent light. Well made and first class service from the supplier. It looks good too. My only reservation is that it is not as robust as I would have liked. It is positioned in an exposed position and it will be interesting to see if it survives when the winter gales arrive.

Very good service, speedy delivery and very competitive prices - one and only negative point was the size of the box used to deliver 2 lights and 2 cables, it was absolutely massive!

Lights arrived within a few days of ordering which was very good. Unfortunately we received an email the day before delivery telling us that there had been an issue with the manufacturer's and that the lights would be delayed for up to five more weeks. This was not acceptable so emailed a request for a refund. Worrying because we had an electrician booked to fit them. Don't know if this influenced anything but the lights turned up the next day. Have to say, good looking lights and they appear to be well built. A contact phone number on the website would help allay any worries rather than waiting for replys to emails. One more thing; item was poorly boxed.

I ordered 3 lights but was quickly informed that one was out of stock apart from an initial problem not answering phones etc an alternative light was identified and all 3 lights were then quickly despatched. I’m currently awaiting installation

Good- Good selection, prices, well packaged. Not so good- Needed to chase up confirmation of order, tracking info. Was told it would be delivered next day, then told it wouldn't.
