“Order was really quick , arrived within couple of days ! Lights are lovely but the little pull cords are cheap and are probably not going to last very long !”

“I have used Lighting Direct many times before and as always have had excellent service. I have only given 4 this time as one of my items on Order No. 200549458 was damaged. This was reported today and you are arranging a new light to be sent out. According to my conversation with you this should be sent to the courier today and I should receive the new light sometime in the next 2 days. However the return process has been very easy to navigate through and print the labels and book the couriers. Your Team have been very polite and very helpful. Answering the phone and talking to them have made this customer experience very positive. Hopefully all will be resolved by the week ending. Thank you and the Team for your politeness and your willingness to help”

“Ordering was simple and lights arrived promptly having been well packed. Would have given 5 stars but for the delivery ... On notification that a parcel was due to be delivered, knowing we would be away, there was no option to change the delivery date. Instead, we asked for the parcel to be left in a secure place and it was instead left outside the front door”

“Products very good very competitive prices and quick delivery only packaging is not sturdy enough i have had two deliveries of led lights and very surprised the contents were not damaged as box was ripped torn and flattened.”

“An item I purchased was sold as dimmable, which it wasn’t. In fairness to them, they offered a full refund or 15% refund if I kept the item, which I found to be a fair resolution.”

“Light fitting has arrived, well packed to avoid any breakages, however the cord had been packed tightly against the polystyrene which had come off onto the cord and was difficult to wipe off, didn’t want to rub too hard to ruin the cord so there is still a slight mark on the cord. Yet to have it installed but very happy with the light from what I can see. Also delivery was very quick.”

“The website is simple to navigate and search, payment was straightforward, item arrived on time. Packaging was damaged (despite having "Fragile" stamped all over it!) but the item was fine.”

“Easy online ordering system and delivery within timescales stated. We have opened our new lamp posts and our initial reaction is that they look good. We won’t know for sure how good they are until we get an electrician to connect them. Just one comment on the delivery ..... we didn’t get a notification on delivery until about 6.45 in the morning for a delivery slot between 7.30 - 9.30 am. It was lucky that my husband was able to be there as I had to go to work.”
