“One of the two light fittings arrived scratched within the sealed packaging. A bit slow in responding to my email, but as there was no replacement for the faulty fitting, agreed to give a full refund, so a fair resolution was reached.”

“Poor. I have been given 3 different delivery dates and although I can understand the difficulties and delays with orders during this time I have still not received 1 of the items on my order. The fact I have been asked to rate the service suggests lighting direct thinks all items have been delivered”

“Lights were not available when ordered however anticipated delivery date was updated promptly, and i was offered refund. Company updated on progress, and there was a quick delivery by Hermes. Lights were well packaged. The time delay was unfortunate but understandable in current climate, and I was pleased with regular updates.”
