“Ordered my lights at 6pm, and selected standard delivery, and to my surpise they arrived the next day around lunch time. My parcel was really well/safely packaged and the lights are gorgeous, exactly as described and pictured and good value for money. Really happy with my purchase will likely be a returning customer.”

“The lamp we ordered was beautiful. Looked even nicer than the picture ! It was packaged and protected very well , so nothing was broken in transit. It was delivered within two days of it being ordered. Really pleased with the product and process.”

“Site was great, communication and service also good - the product itself wasn't well finished, dings in the wood, felt from the bottom was showing as roughly put in place and wood had score marks where it was shaped around the circumference, just really a shame the product seemed rushed out of the door before it was ready.”

“We are genuinely very impressed with Lighting Direct - great range of lights and the only place we could find something that looked great and fitted the space (and had the appropriate safety rating for bathroom use). “Arrived quickly and as described. Installation slightly complicated because previous manual lights that looked very similar were actually wired from the top, not the bottom. I sorted this myself (much to my husband's surprise) and they are working well, much to the surprise of the local wildlife and neighbour's cat (caught on the Ring doorbell).”

“What can I say other than "brilliant". Ordered on a Thursday delivered on a Friday. The order was for two solar outside lamp standards which stand at 5ft 6" with the column made of metal rather than plastic. not sited them as yet so cannot speak for the lighting quality but so far they look the business.”
