“Ordering and shipping is excellent. Product purchase sadly isn’t. The transformer available is different is the previous transformer purchased with the Garden24 light series and the lights are now dim and hardly light up the garden.”

I am sorry you are not happy with your choice. Our customer care team will be happy to assist or you can just return the transformer directly via the portal on our website. We can then arrange to investigate what the issue may be with the transformer you received as we have been selling these versions for some time now with no negative feedback. The Customer Care Team
