“Very easy web site & very quick delivery. Arrived AOK & well packaged, one minor problem was the attached cable was in my opinion very short; I was able to overcome this & install. AT THE MOMENT WORKING WELL.”

“Only 4 stars as haven't tested the fittings yet. Easy website and ordering procedure. Delivery was good and on time. Not tested out the light fittings yet but if all is good I will use again as we really like the design and would like the same throughout the house.”

“Fast delivery and well packaged. I think the price quoted should show the actual price you have to pay after shipping and taxes, rather than getting a shock when you see by how much the price has increased.”

“The Eterna light fitting product details quoted a 12m detection range but the actual instructions received quoted a detection range of 6m. “I have used Lighting Direct many times before and as always have had excellent service. I have only given 4 this time as one of my items on Order No. 200549458 was damaged. This was reported today and you are arranging a new light to be sent out. According to my conversation with you this should be sent to the courier today and I should receive the new light sometime in the next 2 days. However the return process has been very easy to navigate through and print the labels and book the couriers. Your Team have been very polite and very helpful. Answering the phone and talking to them have made this customer experience very positive. Hopefully all will be resolved by the week ending. Thank you and the Team for your politeness and your willingness to help”

“Ordering was simple and lights arrived promptly having been well packed. Would have given 5 stars but for the delivery ... On notification that a parcel was due to be delivered, knowing we would be away, there was no option to change the delivery date. Instead, we asked for the parcel to be left in a secure place and it was instead left outside the front door”
