“The ordering process was easy and quick online. I enjoyed working out how to put the lamps together using the black tool. I was glad I ordered extra bulbs. I like the style of the lamps and I would recommend them to others to buy. Thank you for your quick service.”

“I love the light, very stylish and classy and a fantastic glow. However when it arrived it had a black scuff mark on that I can’t remove.”

“Had a new extension built which made the kitchen breakfast bar area a bit dark. Punted around the usual online alternatives without much inspiration or success. Went to lighting direct and found the perfect solution which actually looks better up than it did online. Price reasonable; quality good; very satisfied and will use again.”

“Delivery spot on, ordered one day delivered the next free of charge. Unfortunately transformer featured on website completely different to the one delivered!!? No offer to replace the transformer only to return the one received. Bit odd.”

“We recieved our products quickly. As the product was damaged I contacted the company and they got back to me within 24 hours. After sending some photographs they sent me 2 new lights, next day delivery. Although the initial product was damaged, I'm really glad I contacted the company rather than just sending it back. Customer service was great.”

“Very quick delivery. Similar replacement to my old under counter lights but link wire plugs not compatible with current lamps so some rewiring required. Not all bad news as old lamps are warm white and new one is day light white, so now considering replacing the rest with the same.”

“Look like decent LED batten lights, tried them lit up out of the box and pretty damn bright!! Lightning delivery service although the packaging leaves a lot to be desired with the boxes rattling around inside the outer packaging, luckily there was no damage!”
