“Not being confident that I had identified the correct replacement I sent an e-mail and received an answer almost immediately Despite the fact that I had not paid for next day delivery, the item was in the greenhouse (where we had asked for it to be left) when we got up the morning after we ordered it. Excellent service all round.”
