“Having ordered some stake lights, they arrived promptly having paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately they were not as tall as I wanted because the height measurement provided on the website included the length of the stake that is in the ground. It's great that they will happily give me a refund for the item and delivery but what isn't great is the fact that they expect me to pay the return postage. I queried this with them as I felt the item wasn't as described. The customer service manager said 'we have never had this problem before and what can we do to make the height clear?' which, frankly was a ridiculous statement. All they need to do is put another picture on the website showing the spike inserted in the base of the light with the dimension adjacent, something that is actually already on the actual lights packaging! I believe that they are in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 by expecting me to pay for the refund and I have written to them about this - I have yet to receive a reply.”

“I was disappointed that there was not a bulb in the spotlight. It was not possible to mount the spotlight flush to the wall, because the light does not have a groove in the unit to allow the mains power cable to be out of the way.”
