“Lighting Direct supplied my order correctly and promptly. When I phoned to ask for advice as to why my new dimmable lights are flickering, your telephone receptionist advised me that my dimmer switch is probably out of date for modern requirements. Your technical people then sold me a replacement dimmer switch. Based on this experience I will first look to Lighting Direct for future lighting purchases.”
