“The product is excellent and the service was also excellent. However it was advertised as ?free delivery? but only at the last minute did it say that NI and Highlands and Islands had to pay more - a little sneaky! It would also have been helpful to have had more information on how the item came apart for fitting - the inside box is very tight and it was not clear if it pulled out or screwed out; we solved it by immersion in hot water and pulling the box out!”

“Good website/good price point/variety of product. speaking to a human being was hard....left 2 call back messages and then rang a third time. When I did get through, service was fine. next day delivery great - as ordered early evening”
