“Great service with speedy delivery! Only quibble was that that you don't allow to purchase 2 spotbulbs as they come in packs of three so I purchased 2 at Wickes instead!”

I am sorry to read that the service you received was not up to our usual very high standards. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service however on this occasion it seems we fell below those standards.
