“Very speedy response/delivery, though acknowledgement of order confusing - first you said you didn't have the second type of bulb and it would come a day later then they both came together anyway.”

“Easy to use website. A call to the technical assistance hotline was answered promptly and proved helpful. Delivery was efficient. I had asked for it to be delayed by a day but this was missed by the courier. In the end the delivery company called and we were able to agree a safe place to leave the delivery.”

“I sent two messages about this product, one via your website and one directly to your customer services... neither were answered! Fortunately product was Ok when it arrived, but customer service by e-mail did not exist. Shame as have had good service on other orders and products!”
