“The product arrived very quickly. Have not mounted it yet but have tried it indoors. The light comes on when there is movement but not sure how far the beam goes. Overall the light is doing the job.”

“The problem that we had was regarding delivery time. The product was for a birthday which we had left rather late. The order was placed on Saturday and on the product page was a notice that stated words to the effect of 'Order before 4:30pm today for delivery on Monday 15th May'. We placed the order, and the confirmation email stated that 'Expected Delivery Date: Tuesday 16th May', which was disappointing based on the product page statement. The product did actually arrive on Tuesday which was encouraging.”

“Very good when packaging arrived looking as though it had been sat on by an elephant. I am not fitting the light immediately but they want to know if there are any problems when we do get to that point.”

“The new light arrived the very next day, well packed and in perfect condition. I have not put the light up yet as we are expecting to move in a couple of weeks, but on checking the item it is lovely and will look good in our new house. Thank you.”

“The overall shopping experience was an enjoyable one with a smooth and very easy step by step purchase process. I don't often purchase on line but I was having trouble finding the right fitting for my room and Lighting Direct had a great selection to chose from. I had a small problem with the light fitting I purchased but the problem was dealt with quickly and a satisfactory conclusion has been resolved.”
