“We were looking for outdoor low voltage lights to match some existing ones in our garden, that we have had for many years. Due to the excellent description and pictures of item on website we were able to select the exact lights we wanted. “I have ordered a set of garden lights and after ordering them, realised that I've ordered the wrong ones. Although I sent an email as instructed, it was ignored and sent out for delivery. When I called the number, they have put a note for the delivery guy that the delivery was going to be ignored and it never turned up. I've ordered the correct set and that never turned up either. They have already taken the money from my account for both! - will call and cancel the whole lot!”
