“After payment taken informed some goods out of stock. Sought clarification by phone and e mail of what these were so order could me amended but no response received. Order received in full some days later. Feedback would have been helpful while waiting”

“Very disappointed I left 3 messages after my parcel failed to arrive after 5 days, no one had the decency to call me back I got automated message they were very busy this time of year! Not good enough they were happy to take my £400+ pounds immediately”

“The product is unsuitable because of wiring configuration. I have tried to call and sent emails to get a return authorisation, no response in 5 days. The phone is not picked up and the message says very busy, please call back. I note that their standard response email says busy, don't expect a response for 7 days, their returns policy is that they should be notified within 7 days of purchase! Not happy.”

“Excellent service, from ordering to delivery. The same lights I could not buy cheaper from my usual locally based supplier even with my trade discount. All items were well packaged and delivery costs were minimal for Northern Ireland.”

“Not sure about the product yet as to early but paid £15 for Saturday delivery on a Friday recieved the following Friday !! Forgot all about otherwise would have asked for refund”
